- Billing and Shipping Address
- To protect our customers, your billing and shipping address must match.
- Processing Times
- The Signature Wig Collection Preorders - Please allow 14 business days for your wig to be recreated and prepared for shipping.
- Build A Wig Custom Orders: Please allow 14-21 business days for your wig to be crafted and prepared for shipping.
- Ready-to-Ship Wigs: These units are in stock and ship within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Carrier
- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Address Confirmation
- Double-check your address before placing your order, especially apartment numbers and suite information.
- Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to your shipping address.
- Lost Packages
- Erica D Wigs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages. Please contact UPS for assistance with lost shipments.
