We understand that your satisfaction is important. If you need to initiate a return, please review our policy below:
- Eligibility
- Fully customized services (such as our Build A Wig Service) are non refundable and not able to be returned.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date as confirmed by UPS tracking.
- Wigs with lace that have been cut, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.

- All returns must be approved before being shipped back to us.
- Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded back to the original payment method used at checkout.
