Return & Refund Policy

We understand that your satisfaction is important. If you need to initiate a return, please review our policy below:

  1.  Eligibility
    • Fully customized services (such as our Build A Wig Service) are non refundable and not able to be returned.
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date as confirmed by UPS tracking.
    • Wigs with lace that have been cut, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.
  2.  How to Initiate a Return
    • Contact us directly at support@ericadwigs.com to begin the return process.
    • All returns must be approved before being shipped back to us.
  3. Refunds
    • Approved returns will be refunded back to the original payment method used at checkout.
